About Us
- Shore Thing Cleaning opened on the Outer Banks of North Carolina in 2010.
- Owner Heather Zaehring landed, staffed, managed, and maintained contracts with several home owners in the area, as well as realty companies such as Seaside Vacations, Atlantic Realty, Barrier Island Station Kitty Hawk, SPM Resorts BIS-Duck and Ocean Pines Resort. We also do some commercial cleaning for Twiddy for several years now.
- We are a family-based business that care for our clients' needs and best interests, and do whatever it takes to provide them with the very best service possible.
- We not only clean, but we provide inventory for homes, replace items for owners too far away to do so, and create security inspection spreadsheets to be sure all special items in our private homes are still in the condition they were in prior to the guests' arrival. This helps our owners who choose to self-manage their properties to release deposits given by renters in good standing.
